Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality design work across all Saina verticals. This role requires both creative thinking and technical proficiency in visual and motion design,alongside collaborative and leadership skills to manage tasks within the design team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality content for various digital platforms (social media, ads, websites, presentations, etc.).
• Create and design engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, and marketing teams to develop Motion/video concepts .
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Motion Graphics, animation, and social media content formats.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and ensuring the right aspect ratios and formats.
• Maintain organized project files and backups for future use.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suites and Ai tools.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and animation using After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation is a plus.
• Creative storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail, rhythm, and pacing.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
