We’re expanding our creative team and looking for talented Graphic and Motion Designers to bring ideas to life through visuals that engage, inspire, and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Jamshedpur | Work Mode: On-site | Salary: 15k-18k

Position 1: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Create high-quality visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn new techniques.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work will be a plus.

Position 2: Motion Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create dynamic motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Work with the creative team to turn ideas into visually captivating motion visuals.
• Edit and enhance videos with animations, transitions, effects, and synced sound.
• Optimize videos for social media, websites, and digital presentations.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, creative content ideas.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (portfolio required).
• Understanding of animation principles, motion design, and video editing workflows.
• Creative flair with a keen sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for staying updated with new trends in motion and video content creation.
