Key Responsibilities:

Lead
end-to-end recruitment
to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
Develop and implement
HR policies and frameworks
aligned with organizational culture and compliance standards.
Manage
HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
to create a positive and high-performance workplace.
Oversee
performance management systems
to support growth, accountability, and career progression.
Identify training needs and implement
learning & development programs
to enhance employee capabilities.
Ensure adherence to
labor laws, audits, and industry-specific HR requirements
within the Export–Import sector.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years in HR; experience in Export–Import, Logistics, or Manufacturing preferred.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team management.
Candidates with prior experience handling HR in Export–Import or international trade environments.
