Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records (HRIS, personal files, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/finance team.
  • Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, exit, etc.).

4. Performance & Development

  • Assist in implementing performance management systems.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Monitor probation, appraisal cycles, and promotions.

5. Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding.
  • Handle full & final settlements and maintain attrition reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Recruitment and talent management expertise.
  • Problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR roles (experience requirement can be tailored as per level).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
