Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Chandni Travel Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological roadmap and ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with our strategic objectives, driving innovation and efficiency across all aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our business objectives and promotes growth.
• Leading and mentoring a talented team of web developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Identifying emerging technologies and trends relevant to our industry and evaluating their potential impact on our business.
• Managing relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize technology investments and drive strategic partnerships.
• Establishing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard our data and infrastructure against potential threats.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing leadership and guidance on all technical matters, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing technology strategy and implementation within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
