Coordinate with on-ground partners to ensure smooth delivery of services. Address client queries and resolve operational issues in real-time during tours. Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor agreements, and tour feedback. Identify opportunities to improve tour experiences and operational efficiencies. Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and destination-specific developments. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound group tour operations. Strong knowledge of Europe, USA, Canada, and CIS countries. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in itinerary planning, costing, and tour documentation. Good communication, problem-solving, and client servicing skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple group departures simultaneously.
