We are seeking an experienced Tour Operations Executive โ Group Departures to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing group tours and should possess strong destination knowledge of Europe, USA, Canada, and CIS countries . You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of group departures, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and operate outbound group tours for Europe, USA, Canada, and CIS countries. Liaise with DMCs, airlines, hotels, and service providers to finalize itineraries and secure competitive group rates. Prepare costings, quotations, and tour proposals for sales teams and clients. Handle visa documentation coordination and assist clients with related requirements. Oversee the execution of group tours including pre-departure briefings, ticketing, and travel documentation. Coordinate with on-ground partners to ensure smooth delivery of services. Address client queries and resolve operational issues in real-time during tours. Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor agreements, and tour feedback. Identify opportunities to improve tour experiences and operational efficiencies. Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and destination-specific developments. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound group tour operations. Strong knowledge of Europe, USA, Canada, and CIS countries. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in itinerary planning, costing, and tour documentation. Good communication, problem-solving, and client servicing skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple group departures simultaneously. Familiarity with travel software and tools (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or CRM systems) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Certification in IATA or tour operations will be an added advantage. Prior experience working with a travel agency or tour operator handling outbound groups.
