About the Role:

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end smartphone design and development

  – from concept to prototype.
• Collaborate with industrial designers, hardware engineers, and software developers.
• Identify and evaluate Indian ODMs/OEMs and component suppliers.
• Set up product testing, quality control, and certification standards.
• Oversee software integration (Android-based OS / custom OS).
• Contribute to investor deck and tech roadmap for fundraising.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in

  smartphone design, R&D, or hardware development

  (at brands like Nokia, Lava, Micromax, OnePlus, Apple,Samsung etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  SoCs, PCBs, OS integration, and security layers

  .
• Exposure to

  manufacturing processes and supply chain management

  .
• Experience leading a

  technical or product development team

  .
• Passion for building Indian technology from the ground up.
