Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, strategy and policy making, benefits administration, and performance management. Daily tasks include handling recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting employee orientation programs, and addressing employee concerns and queries. Preferably someone who as worked in the Food Industry, QSR, Restaurant, and Hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment and onboarding
• Strong skills in employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of benefits administration and labor law compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience or certification in Human Resources is a must
