Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee grievances, coordinating training and development programs, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring the company’s HR policies align with its business goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
