Position Overview:

The Human Resource Executive / Manager will provide high-level administrative support to senior

management while managing core HR functions for the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle Employees and people management in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource (HR) Duties

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).

Handle employee grievances, escalate issues, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Organize training sessions and development programs for staff.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused real estate environment.
