Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager based in Noida. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. This role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Oversee employee relations and ensure effective communication between management and staff
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Experience in the research or consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
