Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Associate- CATI, located in Noida. The Research Associate will be responsible for executing and managing CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) projects, conducting telephone surveys, managing data collection, ensuring data quality, and adhering to project timelines. The role also involves coordinating with the team to meet project goals and effectively communicating progress and any issues.

We are looking for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic and detail-oriented to join our team as a

Research Associate - CATI. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and analyzing

computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected data.

Key Responsibilities:

 CATI Execution: Conduct computer-assisted telephone interviews with target respondents,

ensuring adherence to survey protocols and guidelines.

 Data Collection: Accurately record and input responses into the data collection system,

maintaining high standards of data quality.

 Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of

data collected through CATI.

 Client Interaction: Assist in communicating with clients to understand their research needs and

provide updates on project progress.

 Training: Train and mentor junior interviewers on CATI techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
