Working days: Mon - Sat

CTC- Up to 8 LPA

What you’ll do:

✨ Lead hiring, onboarding & engagement

✨ Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals

✨ Oversee performance, compliance & payroll

✨ Be the go-to person for all things HR

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years in HR leadership

✅ Strong grasp of HR practices & labor laws

✅ Excellent communication + people skills

✅ HR tech savvy (HRMS/HRIS)

⭐ Bonus: HR certifications (SHRM/HRCI/CIPD) or experience in healthcare, tech, FMCG
