Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Role Description:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

o Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

o Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.


2. Employee Lifecycle Management:

o Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.

o Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.


3. Performance Management:

o Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate career development.

o Conduct performance evaluations, goal-setting sessions, and coaching sessions with employees and managers.

o Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.


4. Payroll Administration and Benefits Management:

o Oversee payroll administration processes, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and tax reporting.

o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

o Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal requirements related to payroll and benefits.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources practices, policies, and employment law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage employee relationships in a professional and productive manner.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
