Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mobali IT city. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, conducting performance reviews, coordinating training programs, and handling employee benefits. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage HR functions and support the well-being of employees. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management skills Proficiency in developing HR policies, training programs, and benefits administration Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the commercial or residential construction industry is a plus
