The National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building brand influence, and leading the launch of our oncology products in the market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives across the national territory. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with Key Business Leaders and Key Opinion Leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in Oncology Division. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in the pharmaceutical industry (Oncology Division).
