Role Description:

full-time Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver on staffing goals.

2. Recruitment Execution

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote Symbion Lifesciences as an employer of choice.

3. Employer Branding & Market Insights

  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand through targeted campaigns and presence at industry events.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Build relationships with external partners, universities, and professional networks to widen the talent pool.

4. Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Manage and mentor a small recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in

    talent acquisition

    , preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring and specialized roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and candidate engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
