Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute HR strategies and policies that propel business goals and reflect our vision.
• Mentor and inspire the HR team, ensuring delivery of impactful HR initiatives.
• Oversee all core HR functions: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and training and development.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labour laws and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives.
