Job Summary :

This role is crucial in driving business growth by maximizing win rates and ensuring seamless tender execution.

Key Responsibilities :

* Proactively identify, track, and evaluate tender opportunities.

* Develop tendering strategies to maximize success and profitability.

* Prepare, write, and refine high-quality bid proposals and tender responses.

* Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, finance, and operations teams.

* Manage and maintain tender documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

* Monitor and analyze tender outcomes, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

* Proven experience in tendering, bid management, or proposal development.

* Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
