The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of experience in managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance , driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and leading a high-performing finance team. This is a strategic role that supports the organization’s financial health, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to long-term business planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including EPFO, ESI, TDS, GST, and Income Tax . Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards. Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process across departments. Monitor and manage company cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants to ensure successful audit and compliance outcomes. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Provide financial insights and support to senior management for decision-making. Mentor, guide, and manage finance team members to ensure productivity and career development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (Master’s/MBA preferred). 10–15 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity. Strong working knowledge of EPFO regulations and Indian statutory compliance . Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
