Tendering Specialist

As a Tender Specialist at Globus Informatics India PVT. LTD., your role will involve managing and coordinating the preparation and submission of bids and tenders for various projects. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements to ensure compliance and timely submission of high-quality proposals. - Analyzing and reviewing tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements. - Preparing and submitting competitive bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents in coordination with relevant departments. - Coordinating and communicating with internal teams (sales, finance, technical, legal, etc.) to gather required inputs for tenders. - Maintaining and updating the tender database, documentation, and submission trackers. - Ensuring timely submission of tenders and compliance with all client instructions and regulations. - Identifying new tender opportunities through online portals, procurement sites, and market intelligence. - Preparing cost sheets and pricing documentation in collaboration with finance and sales teams. - Attending tender openings, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings when required. - Supporting post-tender activities, including clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Monitoring contract performance after award, if applicable.
