Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Noida. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with procurement and other departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions. The role also involves analyzing tender requirements, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful bids. Qualifications Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess tender requirements Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders Knowledge of Procurement processes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus
