Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including creating and submitting proposals, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. Key tasks also involve liaising with various stakeholders for clear communication and ensuring optimal proposal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tender Management and Procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements and terms effectively
• Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
