Coordinate with management to decide on bid participation. 2. Tender Preparation & Submission Collect and compile all necessary documentation required for tender submission. Prepare tender documentation (technical and commercial proposals) in line with client requirements. Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted before deadlines. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to obtain quotations and technical inputs when needed. 3.
