Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing and preparing tender documents, conducting market research, and crafting effective proposals for procurement opportunities. Additional responsibilities include evaluating potential tenders, overseeing the submission process, and maintaining communications with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. The role also includes analyzing financial and technical requirements, collaborating within cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation to secure contracts and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tender Management and end-to-end procurement processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating tenders and understanding technical and financial requirements
• Proficiency in Communication and Proposal Writing to craft clear and compelling documents
• Experience in working effectively within procurement and bidding systems
• Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in tendering or procurement roles within the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
• Worked on GEM and online Indian E Tendering Portals
