Manage and promote AMC programs, ensuring timely renewals and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution of service agreements.
Provide feedback from customers to improve service quality and product performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups.
13 years of experience in technical service or consumable sales, preferably in industrial or equipment-based sectors.
Knowledge of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), equipment servicing, and client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Ability to achieve performance-based targets and earn attractive incentives.
