Drive Operational Excellence in Deal Management & Tender Operations

Role: Deal Registration & Tender Executive

📍 Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi)

💼 Experience: 3–6 Years in Deal Registration, Tender Management, or Pre-Sales Support

📚 Eligibility: Graduates in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or related fields

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Deal Registration (DR) Management

Register deals with OEMs such as Dell, HPE, HP, NetApp, Commvault, Microsoft, Veritas, Oracle

Ensure DR hygiene through regular updates, follow-ups, and communication with the sales team

Coordinate with OEM representatives on deal approvals, escalations, and case resolutions

Maintain and update daily DR reports across all OEMs

Share Active Deal Sheets of key OEMs with the sales team

Provide deal/order-related data to the purchase team as needed


Tender & E-Procurement Management

Handle registration and documentation on e-Tender portals including GeM

End-to-end ownership of tender submissions—from document checklist creation to final upload

Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Sales, Operations, Accounts) for input and document compilation

Track and assign GeM tenders to the relevant salesperson based on account mapping

Participate in pre-bid meetings and vendor demos when required


Other Key Responsibilities

Stay updated on all live opportunities, deals, and RFPs

Coordinate with customers to understand technical/commercial requirements

Create basic technical solutions, Bill of Materials, and system configurations using OEM tools (Servers,

Storage, Workstations, Laptops, Desktops)

Support solution design activities in collaboration with the sales and technical teams


What We’re Looking For:

3–6 years of experience in deal registration, tender coordination, or sales operations

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing deals and documentation

Familiarity with GeM portal and OEM partner portals

Basic understanding of IT hardware and infrastructure (Servers, Storage, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools

Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and cross-functionally with sales and technical teams
