Job Purpose: To support and assist the Production Manager in planning, supervising, and controlling all production activities in the solar module manufacturing line. Ensure that the production process runs efficiently, safely, and delivers high-quality modules while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management & Planning Assist in preparing and executing daily/weekly/monthly production schedules for the solar module line. Monitor production output, cycle times, yield, and ensure achievement of production targets. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth line operations. 2. Process Control & Improvement Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and production guidelines. Monitor equipment parameters and take corrective actions to minimize downtime. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5s or TPM will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Experience in handling large teams and working in a shift-based production setup.
