• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, enquiries, and order status.
• Maintain customer databases, prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and post-sales support.
• Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and feedback. Qualifications & Experience:
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, service, etc.) for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and maintain sales records as per company standards.
• Assist in preparing presentations, tenders, and proposals for clients.
• Support sales executives in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support (experience in Solar or Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage).
