Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our hotel’s sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily sales operations, handle client communication, prepare documents, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to bookings and events.
• Coordinate with clients regarding reservations, group bookings, and event details.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
• Follow up with clients for payments, confirmations, and feedback.
• Work closely with other departments (Front Office, Banquets, F&B) to ensure smooth event and booking execution.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the sales team.
• Support the preparation of promotional materials and presentations.
• Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, or networking activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior experience in hotel sales, front office, or coordination roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of hotel PMS or sales software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
