We are looking for an experienced Unit Finance Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, preferably with experience in hospitality/retail/unit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the unit
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and MIS reports
Conduct revenue, expense, and variance analysis
Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with audit requirements
Manage cash flow, petty cash, and banking activities
Identify and implement cost optimization measures
Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and GRN matching
Support statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred)
2–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience in hospitality or retail finance is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
