Job Title Unit Finance Controller Department / Division Finance & Accounts Position reports to Centre Director External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) - Financial institutions/ Corporate bodies - Auditors - Statutory/ Regulatory agencies - Retailers - Vendors/ Agencies Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) - Chartered Accountant Minimum Experience - 15 years of industry experience in the finance function with a knowledge of retail operations Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - In-depth Knowledge of Accounting Standards & Systems - Understanding of Statutory/Regulatory Compliance Management - Understanding of Financial Risk Management framework - Principals of Tax Management Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job Drive the financial planning and support the formulation of the short term and medium term business plan for the Center.
