Guest Service Associate (Front Office)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Front Office team. The GSA will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, providing information, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them during check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records and update the PMS (Property Management System).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room status and guest needs.
• Manage cash handling, billing, invoices, and payment transactions.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
• Previous experience in Front Office or Customer Service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Good grooming and professional behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
