Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and maximize revenue through strategic planning, market analysis, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent rapport with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages.
• Handle inquiries for group bookings, events, conferences, and banquets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitable business.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand the hotel's visibility.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry (minimum 2–5 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and sales tools is a plus.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
