Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Faridabad. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both Channel Partners (distributors, agents, brokers) and a Direct Sales Team. The primary focus will be on selling BFSI products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Structured Products, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct sales executives and channel partners in Faridabad territory.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, and other investment products.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the direct sales team and onboard new channel partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for both direct and channel business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, retail clients, and channel partners.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI, AMFI, SEBI, etc.).
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements. Coordinate with the operations and product teams for smooth client on-boarding and service.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI sales (Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, Wealth Management products mandatory).
  • Proven track record of managing both direct sales teams and channel partners.
  • Existing network of channel partners or agents in Faridabad/Haryana region will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, and other investment products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a history of consistently achieving/over-achieving sales targets.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation/MBA preferred but not mandatory).
