Role & responsibilities:

  • Dealers visit along with sales manager/FOS
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers
  • Monthly location travel
  • Ensure teams adherence to sales governance & compliance processes
  • Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
  • Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio
  • Manage the Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing the Dealers and their concerns in an appropriate manner.

Delivering on number targets (acquiring, transactions and GMV)

  • Team Management
  • Retention of front-line sales force
  • Maintaining consistent delivery of high performance

Attrition (on roll & off roll) Exhaustive traveling
