Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Management

    • Identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
    • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
    • Coordinate with technical and finance teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Quotation Preparation

    • Draft and issue quotations based on client requirements.
    • Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and conditions.
    • Track quotation status and follow up with clients for feedback.
  • Sales Coordination

    • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
    • Maintain records of tenders, quotations, and client communications.
    • Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and presentations.
  • Client Interaction

    • Respond to client inquiries regarding tenders and quotations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide timely updates to clients on tender/quotation status.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Liaise with procurement, finance, and technical teams for inputs.
    • Ensure smooth flow of information across departments.
    • Support in contract documentation and compliance.
