As a member of the Inverter Service Team at Sunora Solar, your role involves providing technical support for inverter systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to optimize system performance and participating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology and service protocols.
