We’re Hiring: Associate – Tender Management (Government Projects)

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and track tenders daily across GeM, CPPP, and state/PSU portals.
• Identify relevant government tenders matching PW’s offerings.
• Manage the complete tender process — documentation, pre-bid queries, submission, and follow-ups.
• Handle EMD, PBG, and BOQ documentation.
• Maintain and update a centralized tender tracker and performance dashboard.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial bid preparation.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in

  Business, Commerce, Engineering

  , or related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience

  in government tendering and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of

  GeM, CPPP, eProcurement

  , and

  PSU portals

  (NTPC, BHEL, GAIL, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  Excel dashboards

  , pivot tables, and tender tracking tools.
• Good understanding of

  NIT/RFP/BOQ/EMD

  and compliance procedures.
