Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up.
• Bid on tender portals such as Gem, E-Proc, IREPS, Tender Tiger, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all tender documents are prepared and submitted within the required timelines and specifications.
• Maintain and update a database of tender opportunities and submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
• Monitor and track the status of submitted tenders, providing regular updates to management.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address any queries related to tenders.

Key Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of tendering and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in using tender portals such as GeM, eProc, IREPS, Tender Tiger, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
