Tendering Specialist

Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Tender Specialist.

Department: Business Development & Marketing

Location: Jaipur

CTC: Negotiable

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tender Search & Bid Preparation-Technical.

• E-tendering / E-Bidding/Reverse Auctions/Live.

• Prepare all tender documents in the specific related to the bid.

• Submit the documents in stipulated timeline.

• Coordinate with the procurement in process.

• Reporting bidding status online/offline.

• Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records basis perceive dept. for documents.

• Comparison sheet.

• Collection of EMD /coordinate with accounts department for EMD/TENDER FEE.

• Vendor Registration.

• Attending pre bid/post bid meetings.

• Maintaining Customer Relationship with clients.

• Tracking status of Tenders & offers. Well versed with document controlling.

Skills and Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Tender Specialist

· Graduation/ Post Graduation along with superb written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time-management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant portals

· Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
