Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pandesara, Surat for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with procurement teams, analyzing documentation, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with team members to deliver high-quality submissions within deadlines and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tender Management, including preparation and submission of tenders
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess tender requirements and review documents
• Proficiency in Communication and Proposal Writing to effectively convey project and business propositions
• Understanding of Procurement processes and strategies
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software and IT tools
• Relevant experience in a similar role and familiarity with the electrical or related industries are an added advantage
