Oversee the assembly process of Gearbox components to ensure they meet quality standards. Supervise inventory and storage of Gearbox and Rotavator materials. Coordinate with external vendors for machining and assembly work related to Gearbox and Rotavator production. Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Review and assess supplier quotes, ensuring the most competitive terms are chosen. Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with the Accounts department to manage payment processing for purchases. Ensure that all purchase-related invoices are processed correctly and promptly. Track and manage purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain adequate stock levels of critical materials required for assembly.
