Tendering Specialist

As a Tender Executive, your role will involve preparing and collecting technical documents from the OEM and understanding technical requirements and specifications. You will also support the bidding process for ITS, Smart Logistics, and technology-driven projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and collect technical documents from the OEM - Understand technical requirements and specifications - Support the bidding process for ITS, Smart Logistics, and technology-driven projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience working in a tendering role with an OEM based field - Strong English & document handling skills, including the ability to read and understand tender documents, review technical specifications, and communicate effectively with clients - Candidates with 3+ years of experience in IT or ITS operations/support roles may also be considered Please note that candidates with domain experience in Desktop, CCTV, and ITS projects, including Toll & Traffic Management, Digital Logistics, VTMS, and RFID Automation Projects will be given priority. Applicants without direct ITS experience may also be considered if they meet at least 3 out of 1 of the mentioned criteria.
