Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in New Delhi. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing and submitting proposals, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements. The role also involves identifying potential business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in tender submissions will be a key aspect of this role.

• Expertise in Tender Management and Procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting tender requirements and evaluating data
• Effective Communication and Proposal Writing skills
• Proficiency in creating detailed, compliant proposals and meeting deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain client relationships
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with industry-specific procurement standards and regulations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
