Tendering Specialist

Tender Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Desktop, CCTV, and ITS projects, along with hands-on experience in Smart Logistics & Traffic Management, including:

• Toll & Traffic Management

• Digital Logistics

• VTMS

• RFID Automation Projects

Preferred Experience

Candidates with the above domain experience will be given priority.

However, applicants without direct ITS experience may also be considered if they meet at least 3 out of 1 of the following criteria:

1. Tendering Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a tendering role with an OEM based field.

2. Strong English & Document Handling Skills:

Ability to read and understand tender documents, review technical specifications, and communicate effectively with clients.

3. IT/ITS Operations or Support Background:

Candidates with 3+ years of experience in IT or ITS operations/support roles may also be considered.

Role Overview

• Preparing and collect technical documents from the OEM

• Understanding technical requirements and specifications

• • Supporting the bidding process for ITS, Smart Logistics, and technology-driven projects
