Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Market Research, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the weighing solutions or industrial sector is a plus

Experience - 10+ years of Experience in Sales & Marketing

(Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Engineering Machinery Product or Heavy Machinery Product Sale)

Salary - 50k to 70k
