Tendering Specialist

About Us:

M/s Star Publicity is a leading outdoor advertising agency based in Ludhiana. We provide hoardings, unipoles, LED screens, bus branding, and signage solutions across North India. We work with government and corporate clients and regularly participate in government tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• File tenders on GeM, CPPP & various e-procurement portals
• Prepare BOQ, Eligibility Documents, Technical & Financial Bids
• Coordinate with vendors for rates, quotations & documentation
• Ensure timely submission of online bids and track tender updates
• Maintain tender records, renewals & documentation files
• Handle EMD, tender fees & submission requirements
• Monitor tender portals for new opportunities

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience with Government Tender Portals (GeM / E-Procurement / CPPP)
• Strong understanding of EMD, fees, technical & financial bid formats
• Proficiency in MS Office + basic PDF editing
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
