Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance brand growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions. The role also involves analyzing market trends to stay ahead of industry developments and to continually refine business strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, with particular expertise in Outdoor advertising
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
