Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Participate in discussions with potential investee companies to understand business models and investment requirements. Data Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data for ongoing and prospective transactions. Pitch Deck Analysis & Preparation: Review client pitch decks, analyze business models, and assist in creating high-quality presentations for investors. Due Diligence Reporting: Support due diligence processes by preparing detailed reports covering financial, business, and operational aspects. Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research, peer benchmarking, and market analysis to support investment decision-making. Transaction Support: Assist the respective team in the execution of fundraising, valuations, and other deal-related activities.
